Signing in

Use Log in with the email you signed up with. Forgot your password? Choose “Forgot password” on the log-in screen and we’ll email you a reset link.

Notifications

Turn push notifications on or off for this device in Me → Settings → Notifications. If the switch doesn’t work, allow notifications for RYVL in your phone’s Settings app first.

Report or block someone

Open the conversation, tap ⋯, then Report or Block. Blocked players can’t message you and their messages disappear from your Inbox. We review every report within 24 hours.

Scores and results

A wrong score? Use “Score’s wrong — fix it” on the game, or ask the host or organizer. If it’s still wrong, email us with the session or event name.

Event payments and refunds

Entries are paid on our website through Stripe. Refund rules are shown on each event before you pay; for help, email us with the event name and the email you registered with.

Download or delete your data

Me → Settings → Download your record, or Me → Settings → Delete account. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
