Terms of Use

Your account

• You must be at least 13 years old. If you’re under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms for you.
• Use your real name and keep your sign-in private. You’re responsible for what happens on your account.
• You can delete your account at any time in Me → Settings → Delete account.

Community rules — zero tolerance

There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You may not post, send or share anything that:

• harasses, threatens, bullies, or intimidates anyone;
• is hateful or discriminatory, sexually explicit, or violent;
• impersonates someone, is spam or a scam, or is illegal;
• shares someone else’s private information without permission.

You also may not enter false scores, manipulate ratings or rankings, or interfere with how the service works.

Every conversation has Report and Block in its ⋯ menu. Blocking someone hides their messages from you right away. We review every report within 24 hours, remove content that breaks these rules, and suspend or permanently remove the accounts of people who post it.

Your content

You own what you post. You give us permission to store, display and share it inside RYVL Pickleball so the product works — for example, showing your message to its recipients or your results on a leaderboard. Results and standings stay part of other players’ records even if you delete your account (see the Privacy Policy).

Playing in events

Pickleball is a physical activity with a risk of injury. You take part in sessions, ladders, leagues and events at your own risk and are responsible for your own fitness and conduct. Venues, clubs and organizers may set their own rules and may ask you to sign their own waivers.

Payments

Event entries and club dues are paid through Stripe on our website. Prices, what’s included and refund rules are shown before you pay; unless an event says otherwise, entries are refundable up to the registration deadline. RYVL+ is free for everyone during launch; if that changes, we’ll tell you first and you won’t be charged without agreeing.

Ending things

You can stop using RYVL Pickleball at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put others at risk.

Disclaimers and liability

RYVL Pickleball is provided “as is”. Ratings, rankings and schedules are calculated in good faith but may contain errors. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it.

Apple

If you use the RYVL app from the App Store, these terms are between you and RYVL Sports Inc., not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide support for the app and is not responsible for any claims about it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them.

Changes, law and contact

We may update these terms; if a change matters, we’ll tell you before it takes effect. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA. Questions: info@ryvlpickleball.com.
